average 3.25 goals per game, most frequently scoring 3 and never less
than 2. Italy boast 8 wins and 2 draws, having only conceded twice
they start the tournament with one of the strongest defensive records.
The
Republic of Ireland have scored on average 1.67 goals and conceded
0.67 per game on the road to Euro 2012, having only conceded more than
1 goal once, against Russia. Croatia have 8 wins 2 draws and 2 losses
from the qualifiers, they have scored on average 1.75 goals per game.
